I have tried and seen this work - a very good product, kids pick up very soon and enjoy it. For grown ups, its fun, but it takes time.

Signing Time! The first and only show on public television nation- wide geared to teach children of all ages American Sign Language (ASL). They teach babies, preschoolers, and grade schoolers ASL through their original (and very catchy) music, charming animation, and dozens of signing children to demonstrate the signs.
